01 / Industrial field services
Practical services open the door. Better organized knowledge compounds the value. Both depend on understanding equipment, people, and process—not just software.
02 / INDUSTRIAL AI SERVICES
Industrial AI readiness, from plant knowledge to practical use.
We work alongside maintenance, engineering, operations, OEMs, and integrators to turn industrial information into AI systems that fit the work—not the other way around.
01
Industrial AI readiness
Assess documentation, CMMS data, controls information, tribal knowledge, terminology, and the gaps that need to be resolved before AI can help.
02
AI knowledge & RAG deployment
Prepare, structure, contextualize, and govern industrial information so answers are traceable, useful, and grounded in trusted sources.
03
Plant-floor AI implementation
Work alongside the people closest to the work to pilot practical applications that support diagnosis, maintenance, and daily decisions.
04
Asset-centered industrial knowledge
Connect the context around equipment, procedures, parts, and expertise so critical information is easier to find when time matters.

WHY THE WORK MATTERS
01
Safety & compliance
Make critical procedures, forms, and training usable at the point of work—where compliance must be executed and verified.
02
Workforce readiness
Capture experience before it leaves, so new technicians can become productive with less dependence on tribal knowledge.
03
Maintenance efficiency
Shorten diagnosis by putting trusted answers, drawings, and procedures in the technician’s hands when the work is happening.
04
Faster resource sourcing
Reduce extended outages by making documentation, parts context, and expert support easier to find when time matters.
